your eyes break like the orange rays
swept over the morning cast.

movies & wine

A good wine from the lambrusco area: by REggiano, Le Grotte- a soft red, very nice from the lambrusco grape variety. emilia romanga , its really sweet with a spirit taste(bubbly). cheap too, i dont buy wines over $10. not practical, and not worth it. i dont care if your a connoisseur because i have been drinking wines for the past two years, and buy nearly 10 bottles every three weeks. ive cut that down, but i still had bought about 3 every 2 weeks or less, they were all racked up at a friends. ironic, how some people never buy wine nor drink it, but like the look of it. anyways, this is a good for the price . i also tried an excellent argentian wine la glamour, very nice taste. the ganacha grape from spain has a different, way different taste very strong, velvety color , more deep than the others so it takes a little getting used to. really, most people dont know shit about wine. these so called experts are not really viticulturists or something. what makes wine good, is the region its from, and type of grapes used, and thats about it really. region & grape is what makes all the difference, particularly where- because thats what influences taste, the soil of the climate hemisphere, etc. the year, is the last thing, because how the hell are you supposed to know a good year? yeah if i look up an almanac. i buy based on country, grape, & region, nothing else. im buying under 10 bucks, so year is the last thing, i'll look, but not really, because i dont store wines. waste of time and money. unless you got big bucks, and like to show off. because these guys keep a cellar, until that fire hits (hear about that guy?- had to choose from his 900 bottles), damn waste if you ask me. its nice to have some greek, some georgian wines(i heard they are really nice), and some exotic ones. but id rather keep an electric thermosat cooler for around 200 bucks that stores 9 wines; plenty to chose from for a group of 4 for a late night binge. lets see, other wines & grapes- temperanillo, excellent. i ordinarily do not get california wines, although they are reputed to be as good as the european counterparts from spain, italy & france, why? because they cost like 3x as much. the chilean wines and argentian flavors i find are the best tasting in the world. especially from chile, the root- which is a unique one to say the least, is the most different tasting wine in the world ive had. yes, some bottles of Moet , and other high grades are supposed to be amazing, from the champagne region, but those fetch 100 or more. yeah you can a 30$ of really nice pinot noir from the central valley, or all over california, but for those prices, no thanks , ill stick with the exported ones, although they are cheaper in quality and price, its not much of a quality difference, and frankly those hispanics know what they are doing still... the soil is clean, the tierra is fresh, and the air free from all those damn pseduo-chemicals the US is blistered with. Although california is the best place for wines & yoga..im still against local guys who want to charge me , for $30 a pop. yeah right stick that back ahem...near your wifes portus and drink. i am going to chill with a nice sud american red.

o h a fantastic movie, yet again from brazil. the year my parents went on vacation, slow, playing, these foreign films are simply ...what is the word. just great. the art, the people, actors, are so more fulfilling the damn american cinemas, not say the same for indian cinema to.

only he who withstands whirlinds through the hurricane of the master is given the eternal bode, hundreds others, millions may adorn that being, with every compliment and service, with a limp body to profess surrender, but it is but that one fish, which seeks freedom through the net of life, by accepting the thunder of her anger, love, and movements, and not questioning that mystery, is allowed to be subdued. such a person, and they alone break the fetters of long . like the great wheel, man is churning around, unknown at his behest that the hub is not moving, the soul remains still eager to unravel the divine, like a chocolate candy in the palm of a child.

me

after a regular exercise routine of 45 mi ~ a week, and fasting once a week to purify the nerves, central cardiovascular system, and nerves with orange juice, and wine too actually (red , usually rose- a dry one preferably, if you drink, dont drink beer, hard liquors, or sweet ones- i.e. amarettos, spirits, these are all highly concentrated with sugars and just as bad for your teeth as a mars bar (do they have that in the US?)... but rose dry wines tend to have most of that flavanoids shit that people are raving about these days and antioxidants, but if you want health benefits eat the grapes & their seeds- they have more nutrition besides boozing you up. but also sake is an excellent choice, provided you stop every other alcoholic beverage. in Japan they actually use sake by products from fermentation as skin care products because of their high benefit. sake actually in moderation, is good for your system, but according to ancient ayurvedic and the rishis of india, the liver is the most vital organ for longevity and health. so alcohol in any form hurts it, so the best like to avoid AIDS is to abstain, but come on, as adults we all indulge, so better to do with a lil warm sake , which should not be warmed itself, but put into a pot of warm water for like 10 -15 min. and jinsumai is the best, they make this in california, at ultra cheap prices, naturally fermented. dont go for the fancy ones unless you have been drinking sake for decades, and can actually discern the rice flavor from casket type, length period fermentation, etc.. otherwise your just being obnoxious. i prefer red wine only, and sake, but i dont mix the two. sake is more of a refreshing flavor, and red wine tends to put you to sleep or i feel the respiratory system gets a little dull toward the end, if i have more than 1-2 glasses. in addition push ups are vital to the body. ironic, but if not any other exercise is done(except abs- you dont want to be fat like the rest of America).. then you need to do your age in pushups. i mean thats ideal, but really it works the opposite. so if your 60, not that you should do 60, but you should be able to do 1/3 (x- age*(.8)) at the minimum, that is 80% of your strength in age multiplied by a down ratio of 30% is plenty generous, and obtains like I dont know- oh 14-45 pushups , which really is very critical to health. fresh air, walking, bicycling, hiking- are the best activties. ideally jogging, running, heavy sports like basketball, football, baseball even, should be avoided . natural exercises that promote healthy lung use, and not vigorous on the joints is whats recommended. bicycling from an early age is good, because once you get older the knee joints wont be able to take it, unless you've been doing it for a while. but hiking and walking (for long distances- i.e. more than 8 miles) is proven to clean the system, because a) your getting the equivalent exercise from any sport- your oxiginzing your blood b) the fresh air- i.e. you have to be in some natural environment , provides cleaner air to your body than if you were playing sports in the urban area- it forces you to seek out quieter, cleaner, more woody surroundings.)

below are pictures of me now, i used to be fat, at 5'4.5 , i cant really weigh too much like the rest of the tall people in this country, or my bone structure starts to go pancakes. also sea weed & kelp is very important in your diet. learn from the Japanese ( not the fried foods- the Portuguese brought over e.g. shrimp tempura) but lean cuts of sashimi(raw fish) like halibut, herring, tuna, salmon, mackerel 0r sushi- are the best sources of cleaning your skin, system, health, providing omega-3 acids, and maintaining healthy joints and long life to come. Also, i've learned a little from some European countries too. especially France. using basil, chives, rosemary, & parsely in all your dishes at the end (thats important- otherwise your going to kill it with fire)- help evade high cholesterols, and the rest. Americans rank # 38 , now a days in length of life. which is atrocious, since we are considered the wealthiest nation(who really is wealthy- all 2% of our population - businesses & republicans- raping the average American) but anyways, we have at least food for cheap, just follow the Mexican economist as i call them- who provide the freshest fruit and veggies at the best prices, not these ridiculous Americans exploiting their labor, for their greedy pockets. all our agricultural subsidies, so we can burn food away and charge our own people ridiculous prices for things like sugar. who benefits? private producers, segments of industry that are protected : agriculture, etc.,,,and the richy people of NY especially claiming to support America. you support no one . you buy bud light, thinking you support someone. buy your local brewery asshole. and stop riping off the wages of average blue-collar. its not Mexicans, or immigrants. its your own alabaster colored folks, ripping you off with a smile and hand-shake. you think its the $2 basket strawberry picker- all browned from the sun whose doing it to you; think again, how about the off-shore (and off - the continent located central headquarters) of all these oil companies, with their billions in investments from profits, for their own gains? oh is it wrong to stop people from making their way and earnings? yes, if its spilling into the backyard pockets of hard working day to day people. time to slow this gigantic bureaucracy down, minimize our presidents nice dinners on a weekday in paris, France. it comes out of your pockets. that money you save up for quaker oatmeal & corn, cornbread, and some greens for your family's dinner, those food stamps hurdled and crumpled embarrassingly in your purse, those ridiculous mortgage payments,, because the bank and these central vendors wont cut you a deal, because they would rather go bankrupt.oh wait, how about all those hedge funds, and wall street makers- dealing out your dime, your hard earned cash- going into taxes, for what, corporate lunches, and flighty attendants and snoozing of waitresses by incompetent congressional members, whose seats have been stained by their old asses which cant even hold stool from their age, and torpor. give me a break. you blame terrorists, arabs, muslims, immigrants, defunct agricultural workers, the entire lack of so called democracy. but its those people you put in those comfy leather grain chairs (imported from italian fine calfs- so called PETA)... and making decisions for you while your out 8-5 , with your minimum wage for the past 20 years, trying to live an earning and bread for your family, while they wine & dine with the richest, and most influential politicans- they are not lobbying for your family, they are not thinking of your Christian home, and family dinner at 8 . they are not thinking about idaho, wisconsin, iowa, illinois, chicago, nebraska, Louisiana(defintely not there), georgia, or any of there, they are thinking how great that $400 roast is going to be , flown in from beligum and shit, where these oil headquarters and MNC's can avoid paying restitution and liability, and especially asset taxes. there's no one representing you whether they are a devout Catholic, Christian, protestant, mormon, or latter day saints, is that Jehovah denomination? I am not sure, I am from the far out ,so cannot comment. but all these folks are out dining on your dollar. government, which has become like a fat guy at mcdonald's a regular customer, clogging up the liability of his family with his unhealthy habits, while the restaraunt chain encourages him with a potent high cholesterol and trans fat range of tempting poisons in the shape of juicy warm pieces of cow flesh tucked neatly in between some buns and a few other toppings like pickles(like one), and some onion. they grope you and sodomize you, they keep you fat, and unkempt, fat & happy that is to say, with their foods, drugs, liquor, small rewards, and other shit. while they feast of percentages of your wages. the number of taxes, and fees even a cell phone provider charges, for all what . who says your responsible for the damn roads, and whatever fees they are. why doesn't the top guys shell out something, instead of making the middle american pay for everything. no, he has a cut-off, after a certain couple hundred thousands, he can claim some other shit, and keep that money for those needy yachts, and high class pretty prostitutes( who are young college girls- that certainly only money can buy!)... yes while the rest of you in your neat homes, and working days, sending your kids to college, having to face educational burdens from lack of good teachers (who cant get jobs-low pay ,high loans). you run after every techno-savy achievement shelled out on you, but who pays your 10 credit cards on average, how many corners do you cut to keep a float, and hope for a brighter day. how much of your hard, sweat, and toiled earnings get flushed into this thing called democratic government, for your protection. dont think as if, those who wrote the united states constitution are happy in their graves, those men like jefferson, who were radically opposed to the formated way of things are now, with huge budget deficits -for whom, for these men and their suits. even california gov.arnold, his damn suit cost more than what you make in 2 weeks!!. and thats just one of his 100 suits for the day of the week in his closet, and he wants to cut out government jobs pay/ this is the guy who demolished 10 houses so he could live in one!. .. the rich are getting better, and the poor(well they are not even in our picture), but you, the middle guy, the one whose got a home, a mortgage,a car, a wife, some kids (maybe a girl on the side- i dont know or a weird fetish- we know we all do)., your getting raped, maybe you like it, but not in the ass, in your wallet, in your paycheck, cents, and pennies being taken out for whom, like our dear old president, and his wars, to rape some darker childern across the globe, sending Neanderthals as soliders to do their part, and achieve what, kill some of their own accidentally, and lose some weird notion of home soil peace.. wake up, they should be spending that money on your kids, on your education, fuck what goes on outside these borders, keep a few missles posted in case some one gets out of line, or in firing range and them take them out. you know what this is all for, money. and those who benefit, like blackhawk or blackgate, whoever is commissioned by these military arms, making billions. they should be your slaves, instead your their bitch. thats right. you may not see the transparent leash, but its there all right, all they have to do is make some comment about your religion, your rights, and off you go emptying your wallet and bowing down before this god, and yet you make fun of those muslims, and their god- which you cant even pronounce- Allah. i am not a religious fanatic, in fact i think religion should take a back seat. human love should drive. but its ridiculous, you jump to exclude muslims and minorities, but they aren't the ones fishing you dry, its your own people, the ones smiling from your television sets, in their fancy suits, while you get dusty in the mechanic shop, or working in the parlor. unite and take down these useless men, in their ridiculous cars and american dreams , you can't live that dream. try and help others, and maybe you will find peace instead. what a waste of money goes down the drain to helping congress and appointees keep their seats and political allies, so they don't have to work, and go across the globe for a damn dinner meal. while you sit at your dinning table warming up that tv dinner think about it. think about it .

Vai dar pra você reunir um pouquinho mais tarde?

Wrist Cutters:A love story, about this guy searching for his girl, amongst the undead sort of- in this dante-ish realm , where those who have 'off'd' themselves, or committed suicide go, after life on earth sort of. It is unusual, interesting and has some
nice humor, with a russian guy and his music that trails almost the entire movie in the car, gives it a indy feel. good story, it slows down toward the middle, as it gets less interesting, and not as pieced together, but still the plot and way it takes is fun to watch and very well engrossing.

funny thing about latin america, which ironically the united states and many white folks complain about the large increase of mexicanos in their so-called nation, almost as much blacks funny thing too[just about one of the few populations ethnicities in the country finding it difficult to climb the social ladder] but yes, when Europeans did come to the New World, the population of the indigenous cultures was around 22 million in Mexico, and another 8 million in the Caribbean. After the spanish occupation, which wiped out all the indigenous people from either failure to assimilate from lack of resistance to disease, and the heavy insitance of Catholicism and the authority of the Colonial government. Similar things happened when Islam from North Africa entered below Sub-Saharan African & the rest, if they did not convert they were simply slaughtered or sold in slavery. Only a few indigenous cultures remained; Misquito of Nicaragua, and those Mayans in Guatemala[thats why they look more distinct] as the rest of these cultures from Sud America are mixed with white in their skin. Look at the prominent population of Germans in Argentina ; will give you a hint at the reasons they came, post WW II, seeking asylum from persecution, as many were linked to Nazi Germany. British Honduras, prime example. Still these countries have signifcant numbers of indigenous mestizo . Costa rica one of the most beautiful places; two coastlines of white, brown, and black-sand beaches, rain forests & dry forests, rivers, marshes, forested swamps , lagoons; banana, cacao & palm plantations, pastures, savannas, volcanoes(3/10 active) , four mountain ranges forming the backbone that runs north to south through middle of the country. broken by a central plateau area 15 by 40 mi. two seasons , dry , and rain (april-nov ). its about the size of West Virginia. 1200 species of flora, 400 species of bird, 400 species of trees, 4000 species of moth & butterfly- in this 3700 Acres

La Amistad- largest wildlife reserve.

Sican, Peru
Sican means house or temple of the moon- area in lower La Leche Valley.

Salar de Uyuni- Bolivia- largest & highest lake in the world- at an altitude of 11.975 feet, covering 9000-12k km [3000-3800 miles]/. twice the size of great salt lake.
Ojos de sal (eyes of salt)

dont forget Jose Mojica, of San Gabriel, Jalisco, Mexico- prominent lyric-romantic song writer.
Bartolome Colon- Chr.Columbus' brother found the city Santo Domingo , in Dominican Republic, Aug 4, 1496. Discovery of gold in Mexico, Peru, Santo Domingo, became a backwater for the spanish empire. and yet they blame now these poorer populations. Dont forget ruben dario , nicarguan noble laureate, and his words to Roosevelt, for tryign to upsurp the nation through CIA tactics against leftist parties, there is a power even mighter than you [oh whitey]- God!

santa luisa, major archaeological site in costal mexico, near Gutierrez Zamora, Tecolutla.
sebastiao of portugual who was defeated by the mighty Al-Ksar-al-Kabir in Morocco- the battle of the three kings..

O Encoberto " the hidden one'
siebal, guatemala, maya
dont forget the glories like the incan empire, which had so many unqiue vegetables and fruits, wiped out by ignorant europeans in their attrition.. and now they are being revived, like the golden incan berry, a type of popcorn that doesnt need oil to pop, and nearly 3000 varieties of corn and other things, which are only now being rediscovered. ignorant man, like Sir John Woodruffe said about india, many invades have come, but Santana Dharma is like the grass called dhul, no matter who tramples over, it cannot be wiped out- do not forget the law of karma, let go the fetters of anger for past aggressions, as life blooms like the rose from the dung used for its fertilizer.

um pé no saco

A great sage once told his disciple , mans memory is shorter than a dogs. whatever is the news today , whichever sensational headlines visit, shortly after, it is forgotten, and people move on to the next item whichever is catapulted to the mainstream.

Bebê Chorão

find a beautiful bust
and observe it walk, and the hips turn , how the hem turns at her waist
and draws closer from the wind up, the brown which colors her legs , from high up

dont kiss, nor touch, but watch
A good movie is Water lilies , very provocative story
and very sexy , but to watch that is. nice thing about the french that seperates their film, they can tell a good story without too much verbose. American cinema tends to rush out to the main scene with the gorgeous woman and slightly masculine man, or should i say most definitely. This leaves the audience feeling they have not really let the tension boil on the pan and simmer to make a good omelette to eat while alla mercado.

dont forget my rastas, for the black and brown are more my brothers though i embrace all. they first casted the shadow and rest followed.

remember sonia braga

Mama! O quê é aquilo?!

the movie 'wackness' was okay; some lengthy scenes that don't really tie any strength of the movies real parts together , nothing works as an adhesive. American cinema has this tendency to rush, maybe its an antonym of what people don't like to hear. fast , service, fast rush..but the soundtrack is exceptionally nostalgic , reminds you if any of those 20s later generation, of quality if there is such a thing- for the genre of black american music made more popular than its roots -jazz, the rap music of key figures like BIG, Soul, tribe, and a few others from the oaklandy suburbs. enjoyable but does not lend a rawness due to the same drum lines (which i swear i heard in another movie) by B,Kinsely who frankly besides his Gandhi role only has minor fun movies to wedge in between serious naps and wine tastings of the 7$ kind.

Verse6

Just as the spokes of a chariot wheel come together in its hub, all the nadis[energy channels] in the human body meet in the heart, where He moves while manifesting in various ways. May you reach the other shore beyond all darkness!"

profound words , experiences, and sometime grapefruit juice spilled on a keyboard wake us up, from the deep slumber. all though a pretty girl is as intoxicating as walking in the valley of flowers or snorting primo pink cocaina, or dancing with a strong tussle of the bumboclat ganja, it leaves nothing of the imprint left by an earnest seeker in his quest.

they call her Bela Devi- the goddess who appeared at dawn; this has symoblic interpretation with much of Santana Dharma- not to be confused with Hinduism .Santana Dharma means the eternal code of life as glorified in the Vedas, which is the oldest set of scriptures based on direct experience by rishis or sages immortal. Though it is lofty, even then quantum dynamics to a linguist will seem like a boat swimming in the vast sea of space. Yet these truths are penetrable through technique. The mind is the sharpest tool to discover yourself. But alas ,how many take from these alluring sites their eyes glued so heavily?

An excerpt: [Tagore]-- " According to him[tagore] the evolution of man is the evolution of creative personality. Man alone has the courage of standing against the biological laws. Behind all great nations and noble works done in the world there have been noble ideas. An idea is that something which is the basis of creativity. It is true that life is full of misfortunes, but fortunate is he who knows how to utilize the ideas which can make him creative. Time is the greatest of all filters, and ideas are the best of all wealth. Fortune is that rare opportunity which helps one to express his ideas and abilities at the proper time"

I do not have time, in this whole quantity of years to pour out the eternal bouquet, flowers of each sage, each wise soul who has penetrated through discernible means and power whose golden vibrations lash out like the sun in solace for those not hiding in the dark houses of ignorance and self-quest.
A great sage once said there are two things in this tree of life : the satsang(company) of sages and the immortal realization of one's self.
Tagore's emphasis: Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram ( truth, goodness & beauty)..

the greatest of music is the anahata shabdam- the soundless sound, deep from the soul. silence is the medium from which the most awe of sound is heard, but only those who through work on the inner self can hear these tunes. In the himalayas, and remote areas of that sub continent are treasured the true kings of this world, who purify countless millions in the secret harbor of their scientific accomplishments. I speak from the direct experience of having heard some, and meeting the divine through deep contemplation. Paramahansa Yogananada once said" Aloneness is the price for greatness." All of you fear that loneliness, and cling to the bound souls who are met across in life [buddha said like the thunder in the sky, we have all meet before, as brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, and friends], but in the Upanishads (which literally means to sit at the feet of- meaning these teachings cannot be imparted without a qualified master who herself has traversed the razor's edge path], there is a story about the frog and snake who protect each other during the heat and other conditions- but the storm comes to wash them both out- it is symbolic of feeble man creates such intricate labyrinths of relationships which fail at the end- because he is meant to rise above such neediness and find the loneliness of the soul- where there is no end to that companionship. These are like the golden stones that the child ignores for the minor chocolates because its mind has not grown- such are the state of living, working, children of the divine empress, still basking in her gifts, and not asking who created this garden.

like the bread. so many Portuguese slang is from food. What a vibrant place, Brazil that is. I believe I have more in common with the dark man. Though I am not a racist or anything. Life is full of vibrant colors, but the inner depth is what is lacking in todays world. A lack of love, and feeling, of depth and crying- for the inner speech to arise.

This is me , at a short height, had gone through the extremities of life in the youth , maybe thats why i turned out shorter than the rest. The average american male is rather tall, maybe 5 inches on me but it doesnt hurt my tail run if you get it. Ly Jonaitis from 2007 runner up from Venezula, cant go wrong with the women from these sud americano countries where the women in my opinion dont have that alabastor color like so many American females, and Europeans. A standard of beauty imported ,atypical. The flower, Commelina benghalensis..
